As the Business Care Partner , you'll be part of our Customer Service team.

Manage customer orders in SAP, including order entry, modifications, and cancellations, with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness. Maintain customer master data and pricing information accurately within internal systems. 2–3 years of experience in a customer service, business support, order management,



or similar administrative role with direct customer interaction. Professional proficiency in English is required, Portuguese is considered a plus.

Experience working with SAP, particularly in order management, along with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. Private medical insurance.
