This role requires a hands-on hospitality professional with a strong understanding of luxury nightlife operations, VIP service, and high-volume Oversee the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all areas. Ensure the highest standards of guest experience, service, presentation, and hospitality are maintained at all times.

Work closely with reservations, hostesses, door, security, bar, and floor teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitor guest feedback and proactively address concerns to ensure exceptional service recovery when required. Take ownership of the venue's financial performance, including revenue generation, cost control, budgeting, and achieving commercial targets.

Analyse sales performance, operational reports, and key business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company standards, licensing regulations, health & safety procedures, and local legal requirements. Work closely with the marketing and events teams to support activations, entertainment programs, partnerships, and special events.

Maintain a strong presence on the floor during service,



particularly during peak periods and high-profile events. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning across the team. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, costs, and financial performance.

Good understanding of VIP service, guest relations, and nightlife operations. Ability to work late nights, weekends, and peak season schedules.

Fluent

English required; Spanish strongly preferred (additional languages are a plus). Legal right to work in Spain.
