We are currently looking for a new member for the Shopping Centre Management team to join us in the position of Coordinator, Operations (Shopping Centre).

Working Place: Área Sur

Requirements:

- Academic background: Engineering;
- Advanced level in English;
- 5 years of experience;
- Proven track record in operations coordination;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders;
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

- To coordinate, supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Shopping Centre, namely the proper running of the safety and security, cleaning, gardening and maintenance teams,



and mainly concerning the installation and maintenance of equipment, setting priorities for action and ensuring the proper deployment of technical and human resources, in accordance with the general operating rules, for the purpose of assuring their safety and operability of all the systems, thus providing a pleasant space for visitors.
- To elaborate and implement plans and programmers in order to optimize the consumptions and resources of the shopping centre
- To identity, select, propose for approval and follow up on items that compose the investment plan of the shopping centre
- To prepare the ESG Action Plan and to assure its implementation
- To elaborate and implement plans and programmers in order to optimize the consumptions and resources of the shopping centre
- To prepare the reports requested by the owner related to the technical area of the shopping centre, capex and ESG
- To manage and follow-up the service charge budget
- To collaborate with the different audits and certification processes
