We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer with experience creating high-volume digital assets across multiple markets while maintaining strong brand consistency.

English is required as part of this role.¿3+ years of experienceas an in-house Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role. Strong proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects . Solid understanding of digital advertising formats, platform specifications, and creative best practices . Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling .

Experience working with design systems, component libraries, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools . Ability to balance global brand consistencywith local market adaptation.

Design and adapt high-quality digital advertising creativesfor multiple channels and international markets. Ensure consistency with general brand guidelines while tailoring content to local audiences.

Manage several concurrent creative projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Iterate and optimize creatives based on performance insights, feedback, and A/B testing results . Deliver pixel-perfect designsacross all digital touchpoints.

Support the continuous improvement of creative assets by applying best practices in digital design and user engagement.
