Head IS Enterprise Architecture __ In this role, you will have the opportunity to define, govern, and evolve the architecture of the Human Resources (HR) domain across the enterprise. You will ensure the HR technology landscape is coherent, secure, and scalable, enabling consistent employee experience while supporting decentralized business needs. This role operates within the Enterprise Architecture function, translating enterprise guardrails into practical domain-level guidance for HR platforms and solutions.

This role reports to the Senior Domain Architect for Functional Domains.

including HR capability mapping HR Architecture Principles and Guardrails HR Integration & Data Architecture and Data Distribution Patterns Solution Architecture Reviews and Assessments HR Domain Roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and HR Technology Roadmap Up to date architecture documentation in EA tools (e.g. 7+ years in architecture or senior HR technology roles ~ Strong experience in HR systems and platforms (e.g.
