In this role, you will drive technical excellence, shape impactful products, and play a key part in how we grow and operate engineering at scale. You will work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where people leadership and engineering quality go hand in hand. Hire, lead, and develop a team of engineers - including tech leads, software engineers, and QAs - who report directly to youEnsure growth and development for all team members through coaching and mentoring, regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and performance reviews; identify and remove roadblocks and distractionsNurture strong relationships with other engineering managers, tech leads, and product managers across the organisationDefine priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure regular updates and follow-ups on the team's scope of workSupport engineering department goals by setting team requirements, objectives,
