Overview As Staff Product Designer, Growth, you shape growth-focused product experiences for Deel’s integral platform. You will lead design initiatives, collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams, and advance the design system to meet growth metrics. You’ll rapid-prototype, run experiments, and use data to validate hypotheses, driving onboarding, engagement, and retention.
