Perk is seeking a Junior Account Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, growth and margin across an existing portfolio in Growth markets (CEE/APAC/Italy). You will manage long-tail customers and identify upsell opportunities to expand our business. You will build relationships with stakeholders, become a trusted advisor, and use data to deliver business reviews. This role requires Italian and English, SaaS experience, and a hybrid work setup near our hubs.
