Spendesk is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead a multi-disciplinary group of 20–30 engineers across Europe. You will set technical and organisational direction, build a leadership team, own economics and reliability, and report to the CTO. You will partner with Product, Design and Data to drive impact and growth. You’ll champion observability, hiring strategy, and end-to-end delivery while shaping Spendesk’s engineering leadership journey across AI-augmented initiatives.
