The company is growing and building out its design leadership — we're hiring a UI/UX Design Lead to own our UI/UX direction and lead the internal design team.

Responsibilities
Lead and guide the internal UI/UX team
Own UI/UX design end-to-end for mobile games, from concept to final production assets
Work closely with product, engineering, and game design to turn concepts into production-ready assets
Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Build efficient processes for cross-team collaboration




Requirements
3+ years as a UI/UX Design Lead in mobile game development
Strong UI/UX fundamentals (visual, interaction, information architecture);
able to design mobile interfaces from scratch
Figma and Photoshop required;
Unity a plus
Strong 2D art/illustration and icon design skills xhfqzwm
Good eye for using animation and effects in interfaces
Fluent in Russian and English
