Overview As Principal Product Manager for Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR) within Elastic Security, you define the vision and roadmap to detect, investigate, and respond to identity-based threats. You’ll anchor ITDR on our Entity Analytics/Entity Store foundation and govern non-human and AI identities. You’ll partner with threat research, data science, and engineering, while engaging enterprise customers and the security community. This role shapes a differentiated, scalable identity defense across on‑prem and cloud environments. and solution architects to capture requirements and align on priorities * Work with design to create investigation and response experiences focused on identity within analyst workflows * Integrate identity signals with endpoint, cloud, and network data in SIEM/XDR workflows * Develop market knowledge to shape a unique identity-security strategy and engage analysts * Act as product expert, evangelizing Elastic’s identity capabilities through content and community interactions Requisitos principales * 10+ years in product management or solution delivery for security products (SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, or detection and response) * Strong knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and the identity fabric (AD, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth, privileged access) in both on-prem and cloud environments * Fluency with non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents) and understanding of their distinct governance * Deep AI/ML fluency (behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, agentic systems) and ability to work with data scientists and engineers * Bias to action with ability to learn from experiments and leverage AI tools to accelerate decisions * Proven leadership across a matrixed, remote-first organization with autonomous judgment * Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences * Customer-obsessed and focused on solving real-world defender problems * leadership across cross-functional teams * clear, persuasive communication * customer-centric mindset * identity security * UEBA * ITDR
