Задачи: * Supervise the month-end closing process for the Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Polish legal entities * Ensure accurate and timely Financial Statements and Reports * Lead a team of 4-6 accountants from local and international markets * Ensure financial audits are submitted on time and collaborate with external auditors * Review and approve monthly reconciliations for BS and P&L; * Ensure compliance with local tax legislation and requirements * Ensure accounting and financial Policies and Procedures comply with prevailing legislation * Map process improvements and collaborate with the Accounting PMO on planning, execution, and implementation * Participate in local ERP implementations and other finance projects * Prepare ad hoc analyses explaining P&L; deviations from the Business Plan * Adapt to changes in company policy, tax regulations, and legislation Требования: * Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting,
