Description: We are looking for a talented individual to join our GBM (Integral Benefits Management) team within Marsh Health and Benefits in Madrid. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week.

Our GBM team supports multinational clients in designing, coordinating, and managing employee benefits programmes across multiple countries. Working closely with HR, Reward, and Procurement leaders, the team delivers globally consistent yet locally compliant benefits strategies that improve employee experience, strengthen governance, and help clients manage cost effectively. Key activities include benefits benchmarking, renewal support, vendor coordination, reporting, and advising clients on global benefits best practices. The GBM team plays a vital role in helping multinational organisations deliver effective, compliant, and competitive benefits programmes worldwide.
