This is a unique opportunity to lead the operational backbone of a complex SAP ecosystem while working in a highly international environment.What will you do?- Lead the SAP Basis, Operations & Landscape team.- Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the SAP landscape.- Manage SAP systems administration, technical upgrades, support packages, and SAP HANA databases.- Oversee DEV, QA, PRE-PROD, and PROD environments.- Drive infrastructure monitoring, disaster recovery, and high-availability initiatives.- Coordinate incident management and oversee major incident resolution.- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams,



and external providers across multiple countries.What are we looking for?- Strong experience in SAP Basis and SAP operations management.- Solid background working with SAP HANA environments.- Experience with ITIL-based service, incident, and change management.- Previous leadership experience managing technical teams.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Fluent English is mandatory.
