Responsibilities

- ✔️ Expert proficiency with leading cloud models: Runway (Gen-3 Alpha) , Luma Dream Machine , Kling AI , Hailuo (MiniMax) , and Veo 3 . Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of each for specific tasks (e.G., realism vs. animation).
- ✔️ Post-Production & Compositing: Strong skills in Adobe After Effects , Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to composite AI layers, fix artifacts, and handle color grading.
- ✔️ Open Source Video Models: Hands‑on experience implementing and fine‑tuning open weights models like CogVideoX , Hunyuan Video , Mochi 1 , and LTX‑Video within local environments.
- ✔️ Character Performance & Lip‑Sync: Experience creating talking heads and expressive avatars using LivePortrait , Hedra , Hallo , or SyncLabs . Ability to fix uncanny valley effects.
