A fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup (approximately 20 employees) is looking for its first dedicated Paid Acquisition Manager to help scale customer acquisition in the US market.The company develops AI-powered financial technology products for consumers and is entering an exciting phase of growth.The roleYou will own paid acquisition across performance channels with a strong emphasis on TikTok Ads, driving customer acquisition while continuously testing, optimizing and scaling campaigns.Working closely with founders and leadership, you'll have significant autonomy and direct impact on growth strategy.Responsibilities- Own and scale TikTok paid acquisition campaigns end-to-end- Manage significant paid media budgets- Develop testing frameworks across:- creatives- audiences- offers- landing pages- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize CAC,
