We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and a strong understanding of QA methodologies. The idóneo candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. This role will require hands-on testing experience, the ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and a mindset for continuous improvement in QA processes. Key Responsibilities * Execute the full software testing lifecycle, ensuring high-quality product delivery. * Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web applications. * Perform a variety of testing types, including: * Performance Testing * Web Testing * Accessibility Testing * Exploratory Testing * API Testing * Security Testing * Regression Testing. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to identify and resolve software issues. * Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Mentor and train junior QA team members to ensure consistent testing practices and knowledge sharing. * Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases,



bug reports, and QA process improvements. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing. Required Skills & Experience * 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting. * Strong expertise with Jira, Postman, Confluence, Selenium, Git. * Deep understanding of testing methodologies such as: * Integration Testing * System Testing * Regression Testing * Performance Testing * Security Testing * Exploratory Testing. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. * Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies and errors. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain defects and testing results to non-technical stakeholders.
