Vision
Healthcare is a fast-growing, pan-European, digital-first omnichannel group. Our portfolio includes leading consumer healthcare and wellness brands, reaching customers through branded webshops, marketplaces and e-pharma platforms. Our in-house creative agency supports these brands across the full customer journey, producing work that spans brand identity and packaging to e-commerce, digital campaigns, paid social and content.
We work as one centralized agency across Vision Healthcare, with designers based in our different offices and colleagues working remotely. This gives us shared processes and standards while keeping our teams close to local brands and markets. We're looking for a Head of Creative Operations to make sure the agency can deliver great work reliably, efficiently and at scale.
You'll connect people, priorities and processes across a large, international creative team—and help the agency keep growing without losing sight of quality or the people behind the work. You'll shape how the agency operates over the long term, but you'll also be close to the daily flow of work: managing incoming requests, balancing capacity, setting priorities, unblocking teams and keeping projects moving from brief to delivery.
Lead daily traffic management across creative teams: intake, prioritisation, resourcing,
timelines, dependencies and delivery. Partner with stakeholders across the business to clarify briefs, agree priorities and set realistic expectations. Lead project management for larger, cross-functional initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, scope, timelines, resources and delivery.
Support local team leads (in The Netherlands, Slovenia, Germany and Sweden) and help build a culture of trust, accountability and open communication. Use workload and delivery data to spot bottlenecks and make practical, lasting improvements. Plan team capacity and recruitment, and build a trusted network of freelancers and creative partners.
Manage supplier and freelance relationships, contracts and budgets.
Experience leading a team and running operations in a creative, content or marketing environment. A track record of managing high-volume creative work across multiple brands, markets or stakeholders. Preferably, experience with design processes, including packaging, and a practical understanding of how creative work moves from brief to finished deliverable.
Expert-level experience with Asana or a comparable project management platform—including setting up workflows, automations, reporting and capacity visibility.
Experience in a D2C business, ideally in a multi-brand environment. This role is based at our office in Las Rozas, Madrid. xhfqzwm Relocation assistance is not available, so applicants should already be based locally or be able to relocate independently.
