What youd be selling:

→ The client chooses the mix: 100% AI, hybrid, or 100% human, per clients preference

→ Smart handling: resolves routine requests instantly, escalates the tricky ones to a real person, every call recorded and searchable

→ Beyond support: dashboards, scheduling, HR/onboarding, procurement, and project tools, all in one system, with an open API to plug into what clients already use
