Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and submit import, export, and transit customs declarations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Manage customs clearance activities and coordinate with customers, customs authorities, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Review customs and transport documentation, resolve operational and customs-related issues, and ensure smooth shipment flows.
- Provide excellent customer service through proactive communication via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams while meeting operational deadlines and quality standards.





Requirements
- Previous experience in customs clearance, import/export operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, customs procedures, and customs declaration preparation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Interest in digital tools, automation, and AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity and service quality.
- Strong attention to detail, customer-focused communication skills, and a proactive mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
