Position Overview
This role is responsible for the accurate administration and ongoing maintenance of customer and GPO agreements across commercial systems, ensuring pricing integrity, contractual compliance, and audit-ready data. The position translates contractual terms into reliable system records, controlled processes, and consistent reporting within Salesforce, Oracle, and related enterprise platforms. Working with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT, the role ensures that contract data is correctly set up, maintained, and validated, supporting downstream activities such as billing, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities




- Support new product roll outs or strategic initiatives by ensuring proper system setup and cross-functional process creation.
- Oversee the integrity of the pricing process in connection with Customer Contracts.
- Provide support to sales team for contracting or quote generation requests as needed.
- Ensure that contract data in SFDC is adequate and reportable.
- Run reports to maintain data integrity of contract terms in SFDC and Oracle.
- Maintain contracted consignment inventory values in SFDC and ensure contracts are executed for all consignment customers.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly audits for Finance and Legal in relation to commercial operations and customer entities such as GPOs.
- Create and maintain monthly analyses for GPO administration fees.
- Self-direct and prioritise incoming requests for contract analysis and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
