Now, we’re looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen our Finance team in Barcelona and help drive excellence in financial operations.If you’re a hands-on finance professional with a passion for accuracy, solid knowledge of accounting, taxes and a leadership mindset - this is your opportunity to make an impact in an international environment.About The RoleAs Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Finance Director of DFDS Spain and play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial operations and reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership.You’ll act as a trusted partner across the business, ensuring our accounting processes are robust, compliant, and continuously improving.What You’ll Be DoingEnsure accuracy of accounting records (Balance Sheet, P&L, accruals, etc.)Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processesPerform financial analysis and ensure data integrityPrepare and present financial statements and annual accountsTake full ownership of tax compliance (VAT, Corporate Tax, Forms 111, 115, etc.)Liaise with HQ Finance, auditors,



and external stakeholdersOversee credit control and cash flow managementLead or support ERP implementation and finance transformation projectsStrengthen internal controls and accounting proceduresManage and develop the accounting teamWho We’re Looking ForYou are an ambitious and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
