Overview

As Principal Brand Designer at OLX Group, you define and evolve the brand ecosystem across multiple brands, aligning visual identity with business strategy. You lead craft and systems thinking, building scalable design frameworks and AI-enabled workflows that empower general teams. You partner with Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Product Design to translate insights into cohesive brand experiences that strengthen trust and recognition.

You influence senior stakeholders and mentor peers, shaping the creative standard across product launches, campaigns, and experiences.

Responsabilidades

- Define and evolve OLX Group's brand ecosystem across portfolios
- Establish group-wide visual identity systems, governance, and design principles
- Develop multi-brand design systems and asset libraries
- Provide creative direction across digital, physical and experiential touchpoints (excluding ads)
- Create scalable AI-ready design systems, templates, and governance
- Drive adoption of brand systems through documentation, enablement programs, and governance models




- Translate strategy and insights into compelling visual systems and experiences
- Mentor designers and elevate the craft without direct people management
- Influence senior stakeholders to align around a shared creative vision

Requisitos principales
- 10+ years of experience in brand or visual design
- Experience building or evolving brands at scale across products or markets
- Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences
- Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to partner with Marketing, Brand Strategy, and executives to translate objectives into design systems
