Job Description

- Define and execute the company's growth strategy
- Drive commercial development across key markets
- Hold full P&L; responsibility for the business
- Build strategic relationships with customers and partners
- Lead and develop the local management team
- Ensure operational excellence across the manufacturing site
- Strengthen processes, governance and organizational capabilities
- Act as the company's key representative in the market

The Successful Applicant

- Proven General Manager experience with full business accountability and a strong track record in commercial development,



market expansion and P&L; management.
- Hands-on and entrepreneurial leader, comfortable operating in a mid-sized manufacturing environment and dealing with both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational challenges.
- Strong people leadership and organizational development skills, with the ability to introduce structure, processes and succession plans while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Commercially driven executive with experience in industrial B2B environments, ideally within the packaging sector or adjacent industries.
- Willingness to be based at the production site during the week, maintaining close proximity to the business, the operations and the local team. xcskxlj
