Overview

In this role, you will oversee strategic relationships with multiple 3PL providers to help them scale and improve profitability within Glovo’s Spanish marketplace. You’ll leverage data to optimize fleet performance, drive tool adoption, and ensure high-quality service levels through contracts and cross-functional collaboration. The role is high-visibility and data-driven, offering impact on marketplace health and partner economics. You will work closely with Strategy, Data, and Ops to design local initiatives that unlock growth.

Responsabilidades

- Own and manage relationships with 3PL providers as the primary business partner
- Analyze fleet KPIs to increase order volumes and improve partner profitability
- Onboard and promote Glovo tech, features, and processes to partners
- Manage contracts and SLAs, including commercial renegotiations
- Coordinate with Billing, Pricing, Legal,



and Ops to resolve issues quickly
- Translate data into actionable local initiatives with the Strategy & Data team

Requisitos principales

- 2 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Consulting (delivery, e-commerce, or logistics preferred)
- Strong commercial & negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with KPI tracking experience
- Proactive and ownership-driven with comfort navigating ambiguity
- Tech-savvy with dashboard tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker)
- Native/Fluent Spanish and high working proficiency in English
