You ensure product quality from development through production, acting as the key link between internal teams and customer expectations. You support program launch and ongoing quality performance while maintaining compliance with automotive standards. Support program quality activities using APQP methodology across development and launch phases Develop and maintain control plans, capability studies (SPC),



and gauge validation processes Analyze customer quality requirements and monitor program quality status Prepare and update customer documentation and manage quality-related customer portals Lead problem‐solving activities and conduct root cause analysis for quality issues Ensure compliance with required tolerances, standards, and internal quality processes 3+ years of experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or automotive environments ~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field ~ Experience with customer quality management, including claims handling and 8D methodology ~ English proficiency required;
