Why this role mattersOur Digital Integration Solutions team has 20+ years of experience deploying and supporting mission-critical digital power management software for data centres, industrial sites, and commercial buildings across EMEA. As a Service Digital Integration Solution Engineer, you will be at the heart of that work — designing, deploying, and supporting the systems that keep critical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Design & Propose
- Design technical solutions for EPMS, DCIM,



and PSA projects across EMEA — system architecture, topology drawings, hardware BOMs, project schedules, and detailed proposal documentation (budgetary and binding).
- Implement & Deploy
- Implement and deploy power management and mission-critical monitoring systems (Brightlayer, Foreseer, Power Xpert, PowerNet, next-gen platforms) as well as EPMS, SCADA, and Energy Management solutions across data centres, industrial sites, and commercial buildings.
- Define deployment methodology — work method statements, validation criteria — and coordinate site execution by local teams, third parties, or directly.
- Support & Consult
- Own L3 software support escalated from the central technical support team; provide applied engineering consultation on system integration, installation, start-up, maintenance, repair, and training.
- Collaborate & Standardise
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering
