- Own a diverse portfolio of vacancies across Operations, Shared Services, Technology, and other business areas
- Develop creative approaches to attracting talent, including job ads, videos, and social media campaigns
- Apply a holistic and strategic approach to talent acquisition across the international organization
- Build an internal network and partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and select talent
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including SD Worx and assessment centers
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects that enhance the candidate journey and strengthen the employer brand Требования - Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in in-house talent acquisition, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills,
