You support our team as

Reliability Engineer Tarragona (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

- Implementation and continuous improvement of the Reliability Action Plan for mechanical seals at customer facilities (Tarragona)
- On-site support for assessment, diagnosis, and installation of mechanical seals




- Execution and monitoring of scheduled equipment inspection routes within the plant
- Conducting root cause analyses of recurring failures to improve MTBR
- Maintenance of documentation and tracking in contract or management systems
- Monitoring of critical equipment (“bad actors”) and development of corrective actions
- Preparation of structured inspection and condition reports

Qualifications

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and instrumentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in failure analysis
- Experience in industrial environments or maintenance operations is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
