We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Global Accounts division in Spain, supporting strategic international clients operating in complex, multi-service, and distributed delivery environments.

This role is idóneo for a hands-on delivery leader with strong operational discipline, financial acumen, and the ability to manage large-scale accounts while ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and business growth. Take end-to-end responsibility for the operational delivery of projects and services within assigned accounts. Ensure commitments, service levels, milestones, and client expectations are consistently achieved.

Establish and manage governance frameworks, including delivery reviews, operational meetings, action tracking, and escalation management. Own financial reporting activities, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Coordinate revenue recognition, billing milestones, purchase orders, timesheets, and invoicing readiness.

Manage resource demand, capacity planning, staffing needs, onboarding, and workforce optimization. Drive process compliance, reporting accuracy, and data quality across delivery and corporate systems. Identify operational improvements that enhance predictability, efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Procurement, and Delivery teams. Proactively identify client needs and business opportunities,



supporting unsolicited proposals and value-added initiatives. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Services Delivery, Account Operations, Programme Management, Service Management, or similar client-facing delivery roles.

Proven experience managing the operational performance of complex accounts, portfolios, projects, or managed services. Strong background in financial forecasting, budgeting, revenue management, cost control, margin management, and variance analysis.

Experience coordinating billing processes, revenue recognition, invoicing readiness, purchase orders, and timesheet compliance. Solid understanding of delivery governance, resource planning, risk management, escalation management, and change control.

Experience working with Statements of Work, contracts, service levels, and commercial commitments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform operational and financial data into actionable decisions. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Professional proficiency in English.

Experience within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent.

Experience in service transition programs or multi-vendor delivery environments. Proven track record of improving reporting, controls, forecasting, and operational processes through automation and standardization.
