BVGroup, based in Gibraltar, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support the Legal team across commercial, corporate, regulatory and strategic matters, with a focus on B2B and SaaS initiatives. The role also supports the wider B2C business as part of daily activities.

You'll lead drafting and negotiations of complex SaaS and technology agreements, develop scalable contracting processes, and advise on corporate restructurings and cross-border matters while collaborating with senior stakeholders
