Responsabilidades

- Experience leading engineering teams with coaching and growth focus

- Strong hands-on background in data engineering, ETL/ELT, batch and streaming pipelines

- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to manage large architectural projects

- Interest or experience with AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted coding tools

- Ability to optimize architectures, tooling, processes, and cross-functional collaboration

- Professional proficiency in Python for large-scale data processing

- Knowledge of data cloud tech, streaming systems (GCP xcskxlj Pub/Sub, Kafka), and cloud databases (BigQuery, Spanner, Snowflake, Databricks)

- Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management
