Задачи * Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve efficiency, and shape strategic initiatives * Lead analytical deep dives to surface insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders * Visualize and communicate analytical findings clearly to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization * Apply statistical methodologies to evaluate performance and account for uncertainties in major initiatives * Explore and prototype AI-driven automation opportunities to streamline investigations and improve decision-making Требования * Experience with predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, or data visualization * Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, including campaign optimization, Lifetime Value (LTV) modeling, and incrementality analysis * Proficiency in SQL and Python with hands-on experience in Redshift, Databricks, PySpark, and Airflow * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
