We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales & Business Development Manager to develop both markets and establish NACHI's robotics business across Iberia.

This role carries exceptional long-term potential.

The selected candidate will build the Iberian market and grow into the General Manager position for Iberia as the organization develops.

Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities and expand NACHI's robotics presence across Spain and Portugal
* Build and manage relationships with system integrators, OEMs and key industrial customers
* Drive robot sales and identify strategic market opportunities in both countries
* Represent NACHI Robotics within the Spanish and Portuguese automation ecosystems
* Support the long-term development of the Iberia organization Profile




* Proven B2B sales experience in industrial robotics, automation or related industrial technology
* Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
* Fluent English and professional proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese are required
* Home office based within Spain or Portugal, with willingness to travel across both countries
