Main Purpose: The Finance business process analyst acts as bridge between Finance, IT and Operations. Supports the company transformation and streamline finance processes to improve efficiency, in a context of new ERP deployment. Leverages systems and data analysis to implements metrics and recommend actions. Key Responsibilities: * Process review, design workflows, write procedures and implements recommendations, * Finance process and systems (ERP) integration, * Implement controls, improve process accuracy and efficiency, * Central point of contact for stakeholders on finance process and systems integration, * Translate business data into measurable metrics and recommend actions, * Define and maintain KPIs related to finance processes, * Process review, design workflows, and implements recommendations, * Maintain databases and documentation to be shared across the organisation, * Manage projects and lead process changes, deploy new tools,



* Streamline master data management and controls. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, business administration or engineering, * 5 - 7 years in accounting, internal control, controlling, finance project management, * Proven experience with ERP or finance systems implementation (Dynamics 365 preferred), * Project management and process design skills, * Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, * Ability to structure ambiguous requirements into clear action plans, * Proficient in verbal and written English, with emphasis in redacting procedures.
