Position SummaryFunctioning as a Google Ads consultant from our Barcelona office, you will serve as an essential digital growth partner for expanding companies across the Dutch region. You will assume primary responsibility for client portfolio management—guiding seamless account onboarding, encouraging broad product adoption, driving account retention, and continually identifying key expansion avenues to accelerate client success.
Primary Duties
- Strategic Onboarding: Welcome newly converted accounts, assessing their core commercial goals to build structured, highly effective digital ad strategies.
- Stakeholder Outreach:



Engage in regular strategic calls with executive decision-makers to prove advertising value and introduce relevant platform features.
- Campaign Optimization: Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads accounts by actively refining bidding strategies, creative assets, and target demographics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Translate analytics data into actionable optimization recommendations that directly improve ROAS and campaign effectiveness.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain exact records of all account interactions and stage progressions within enterprise CRM systems.
- Regional Feedback: Provide feedback on Dutch consumer trends and corporate expectations to internal teams to refine regional campaign frameworks.
