Overview

You will lead verification efforts for software across Datacenter and Energy products, including firmware, APIs, tools and services. You'll shape verification strategies, drive test automation, and collaborate with cross-functional and geo-distributed teams to ensure high-quality releases. This hands-on role requires embedding testability in software designs and communicating risk and status clearly.

You'll mentor the test team and champion best practices to enable reliable embedded systems for next-generation power management in datacenters. This position offers impact at scale within a general, innovative semiconductor environment.

Responsabilidades

- Interact with stakeholders to understand product requirements
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with project goals
- Define scope, objectives, resources and schedule for testing activities
- Incorporate testability into software architectures with software designers
- Collaborate with board design/system teams to define test platforms
- Identify opportunities for test automation and implement tools/frameworks
- Execute tests, analyze results and identify defects




- Verify releases against acceptance criteria and provide sign-off
- Prepare test reports and communicate findings and recommendations
- Provide feedback to developers on issues and improvement opportunities
- Lead and mentor the test team and promote software industry best practices
- Ensure quality and reliability of releases through rigorous verification processes

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science
- 8+ years of experience in embedded systems or software testing
- 5+ years in test architecture and design definition
- 5+ years hands-on Python and PyTest development for software systems
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD environments (Jenkins/Github Actions)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of signal processing concepts (Filters, FFTs, Harmonic Distortion)
