You will provide premium technical assistance, collaborate with SAMs, and drive adoption of Lightspeed features across hospitality clients. You’ll manage escalations end-to-end, perform advanced troubleshooting, and deliver training to client staff.
Fluent
German and English are required, with excellent communication and a proactive service mindset.
