We need a SW Product Manager who can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. Your main tasks and responsabilities You will be the "Voice of the Customer" for an Agile Squad, responsible for turning a complex vision into a functional reality.

- Backlog Ownership: Own, refine, and prioritize the team backlog to ensure we’re shipping high-value features.
- Collaboration: Work alongside UX, Architecture, and Security to scope features that are feasible, secure, and user-centric.
- Agile Leadership: Lead refinements and PI planning, ensuring the dev team has clarity on the "What" and the "Why." - Stakeholder Management: Translate laboratory needs into technical requirements and demo working software to business partners.

Who you are - Agile Proficiency: Proven experience in Agile environments (SAFe is a plus) using Jira and Confluence.

- Technical Literacy: You can talk to developers from a user’s perspective and aren't afraid of technical requirements.
- Pragmatism: The ability to question established norms to find more efficient ways to deliver results.
- Domain Interest:
