Job Opportunity: Systems Engineer - Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week in the office) - Location: Madrid - Contract Type: Permanent - Working Hours: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Systems Engineer with more than 5 years of experience to contribute to the design, definition, and evolution of complex systems within the defence sector, mainly involving military communications, radar systems, and proprietary solutions.

Key Responsibilities - Define and manage system requirements.

- Design architectures for complex systems.
- Develop technical specifications.
- Participate throughout the full system lifecycle.
- Collaborate with development, hardware, and integration teams.

Essential Requirements - Solid experience in systems engineering and the definition of complex systems.

- Experience using DOORS for requirements management.
- Experience in at least one of the following domains: Defence, Military Communications, Radar, and/or Critical Systems.

Desirable

Requirements - Knowledge of ISO/IEC 15288 (system lifecycle).

- Experience in security-related areas: PKI, cryptography, and/or identity management.
- Experience with regulations or regulated environments, particularly in the defence or aerospace sectors.
