Delivering technical training globally: both for customer service technicians and through “train-the-trainer” programs for system-related introductions, improvements, new features, and software. Supporting beta-testing through testing, installation, basic training, and continuous support. Diagnosing, resolving, and repairing system issues remotely to support local technicians. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, Training skills, IT skills, Electromechanical engineering bachelor or master degree, Experience with CRON CTP equipment of 4 to 6 years is an extra advantage,
