In this role you will act as the finance partner for MRTT u0026amp; Derivatives Programs, driving financial performance, reporting, and cash targets. You will define and implement digital tools to simplify cross-department activities while ensuring accounting standards and internal controls. You will collaborate with Airbus and program directors to secure targets, monitor EVM/EAC and risk, and support decision‑making across contracts and development projects. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role focused on value creation through rigorous financial management and process automation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Business partner to program directors to support decision‑making and ensure financial objectives

- Lead the programme Estimate at Completion process and monitor financial performance (revenues, margin, cash‑in)

- Define and harmonize accounting criteria and internal controls; consolidate and report programme finances at company and Airbus level

- Organize programme financial reviews, derive corrective actions, and monitor action plans across related processes (EVM, EAC,



ERM, OP/FC)

- Coordinate all financial aspects of contractual clauses; manage cash collection and target achievement

- Interface with Finance teams, auditors, and cross‑functional stakeholders (Chief Engineers, Procurement, Operations)

- Support and challenge financial impacts of decisions within programmes to identify deviations and risks

Responsabilidades

-

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in Finance/Controlling supporting defence programmes

- Hands‑on experience in data analytics, digitalization xcskxlj and process automation initiatives

- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL, VBA or equivalent) and their application to finance

- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools
