Shape product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for digital finance solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Translate finance challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Partner with design, engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Drive adoption, efficiency gains, and business outcomes across the finance product portfolio.
Lead AI-enabled product discovery and identify opportunities to enhance user experiences.
Monitor product performance, usage trends, and operational health to drive continuous improvement.




Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
Ability to collaborate effectively across finance, engineering, data science, and business teams.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for improving how people work through digital innovation.
Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
Experience with finance, analytics, or operational workflow products; Practical familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, prompt design, how systems work) and relevant certifications in product management, data analytics, or AI/ML -related disciplines.
