Your role

- Handle inbound customer calls in Italian
- Help customers with hotel reservations
- Promote the best booking options




- Deliver an excellent customer experience

What we are looking for

- Native or near-native Italian
- Advanced Spanish proficiency
- Advanced English
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, tourism or customer service
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Based in Málaga or willing to relocate

Schedule

Monday to Sunday with alternating weekends. Shifts assigned after training.
