As Senior Product Manager for Asphalt Legends, you will own the revenue strategy across the game lifecycle to balance growth and player experience. You will partner with game leadership to shape a roadmap aligned with aggressive commercial targets while scaling a global racing title. You’ll lead live ops, monetization, and data-led growth to improve LTV/ARPU and reduce production costs. This is an opportunity to influence the game’s financial health and elevate its profile across the organization. Responsabilidades

- Define the long-term roadmap with Game Leadership to meet commercial targets
- Lead Live Ops strategy focused on data-driven growth and operational efficiency




- Own end-to-end monetization lifecycle from design to post-launch optimization
- Oversee hypothesis-driven data analysis, A/B testing, and KPI forecasting
- Mentor junior PMs and amplify product team performance
- Act as the primary business voice for Asphalt 9 with internal and external stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 6+ years of Product Management experience in F2P games (Mobile, PC, or Console)
- Proven impact on monetization and retention for live games
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into business insights
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or related field
- MBA or advanced degree is highly valued
