In this role you will lead a multinational, multidisciplinary engineering team delivering software, data, and testing for global CBTC signaling projects. You will drive technical excellence and integrate AI and advanced data processing to shape railway automation. You’ll develop a high-performance team across time zones and promote automation to improve quality and speed. Responsabilidades

- Lead and develop a diverse, global technical team across time zones
- Drive technical excellence and integrate AI and advanced data processing to optimize CBTC/ATC design and testing
- Ensure CBTC/ATC solutions comply with CENELEC safety standards and the V-Model lifecycle




- Promote standardized engineering methods globally and accelerate time-to-market through automation
- Serve as the primary technical escalation for complex engineering challenges in international projects

Requisitos principales

- University degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Computer Science, or similar)
- Solid background in railway signaling engineering with CBTC focus
- Deep understanding of railway safety lifecycle and CENELEC regulations
- International mindset with strong leadership and communication skills in multicultural environments
- Fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to travel internationally
- Experience or interest in applying Machine Learning/AI to engineering processes (desirable)
- Previous experience with ETCS projects (desirable)
