You work across cross-functional teams to improve quality, compliance, and fraud prevention, driving scalable changes. You’ll analyze data, design dashboards, and implement processes with measurable impact. This role blends data, technology, and business insight to optimize operations across Europe.

Responsabilidades

- Lead analytical and operational improvement projects turning ambiguous problems into structured, measurable outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on solutions and drive projects
- Challenge existing processes and redesign workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Translate data and insights into clear recommendations, decision frameworks, and actionable plans
- Work hands-on with SQL,



data and AI-powered tools to improve operations
- Design scalable KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring frameworks for decision-making and risk management
- Establish best practices, documentation and reusable frameworks across the organization

Requisitos principales

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, consulting, fraud, risk or related analytical role
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to challenge processes and redesign workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Working knowledge of SQL to write and adapt queries
- Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI
- Strong project ownership mindset, proactive and results-oriented
