Overview

As a Senior Product Manager for the Respiratory Therapeutic Area, you own the strategy and execution of the Dupixent business plan for your indication, guiding a cross-functional team to maximize impact. You influence global and affiliate brand strategies, manage resources and budget, and build relationships with key external stakeholders. You will lead market insights and lifecycle planning to sustain competitive advantage and drive patient outcomes. This role offers strategic leadership in a high-impact, science-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

- Shape and own the multi-year brand strategy for the assigned indication, including lifecycle management and long-term planning
- Collaborate with Integral Marketing and local teams to shape global plans and translate into affiliate execution
- Lead cross-functional execution of the business plan with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Public Affairs, Communication, Business Excellence and Sales
- Develop and deliver promotional materials, sales tools, and resources for the field force with brand consistency and compliance




- Manage A&P; budget to maximize ROI and optimize marketing investments
- Engage external stakeholders (KOLs, Scientific Societies, Patient Associations) to gather insights and strengthen brand positioning
- Lead the marketing training plan with Medical to ensure up-to-date product knowledge and strategic insights
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to adjust strategies and maintain advantage
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements in all activities

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience in Product Management or Marketing in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with a track record of leading business plans and cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in sales or Market Access roles is valued
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (as specified)
- Languages: Spanish (Fluent) and English (Fluent)
