Overview

In this role you will provide privacy guidance to enable Delivery Hero’s growth while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work within the global Legal, Governance and Assurance team to support privacy initiatives, data processing documentation, and risk-based advice across products and operations. You will help build and maintain global privacy policies, conduct DPIAs, and support data protection impact assessments. This position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and impactful governance work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsabilidades

- Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR and global frameworks
- Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; support third-party due diligence and M&A; privacy diligence




- Support data mapping and documentation of processing activities including DPIAs
- Develop and maintain integral privacy policies, notices, and procedures
- Assist with privacy maturity audits and remediation reporting
- Support investigations and strategic mitigation plans with DPAs authorities; manage AI governance initiatives

Requisitos principales

- 0-1 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related fields
- Law degree (bachelor or comparable)
- EU privacy law certifications (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) are a plus
- Excellent English; Polish/Spanish/German a plus
- Experience advising online tech and data-driven businesses across jurisdictions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
