Overview

As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Feedzai, you help financial institutions adopt our RiskOps platform and translate client needs into compelling, technically grounded solutions. You’ll partner with the sales team, lead technical discussions, and act as a trusted advisor, bridging client business requirements with product capabilities. You’ll manage RFPs, design tailored proposals, and collaborate across Product and Delivery to inform roadmap and staffing. This role offers ownership of multiple engagements in a fast-paced, general context with a strong emphasis on impact and storytelling.

Responsabilidades

- Provide product demonstrations and lead technical sales discussions across Europe (remote and onsite)
- Lead tailored value-driven pitches focused on identity
- Understand client needs and offer solution designs in a consultative, problem-solving mode
- Manage formal tenders (RFPs, RFIs) from submission to review
- Build and own formal proposals and translate business needs into technical requirements




- Coordinate with Product and Delivery to ensure right staffing and share market insights across teams

Requisitos principales

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years as Solution Consultant / Pre-sales Engineer in complex environments
- Proven experience in Financial Services industry – Identity Solutions
- Commercial/sales experience in enterprise software with quota-bearing roles
- Experience in growth-stage Enterprise SaaS environments
- Ability to distill client needs and map Feedzai products to fit
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and presentation skills
- Organized self-starter capable of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced settings
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
